Damaged or Defective 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@bububymk with your order number and a description of the issue, including photographs if possible. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

 Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the delivery carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location to minimize the risk of loss or theft.
